Everything was exceptional — the unique interior design, the breathtaking city views, the warm and professional staff, and the overall cozy yet luxurious atmosphere.

Honestly, nothing to complain about. Every detail was thoughtfully executed.

It is very clean. Comfortable stay.We enjoyed our stay. Even the swimming pool clean, it has changing room. You can shower after you finish swimming. Also a lifeguard was accompanying my kids all the time.

The tv, there’s no streaming apps ( Netflix, YouTube, Osn… etc) and I have to link my phone every time I want to watch something. It was really annoying. The restaurant wasn’t that good

So bad because when I reached the hotel at 5 pm myapartment wasn’t ready and i was tired and it was extremely late when i go to my room

The number of guest wasn’t clearly stated so I had to pay extra 518 for breakfast of three additional guests. I have been requested twice to pay after the actual payment , the staff was lost in the system. The late response of the trolly boy for check out is always an issue here.I had to call housekeeping several times for essentials supposed to be in the room without asking for.The water in the swimming pool was not clear.

I got everything I needed, and the room service was there whenever I asked for it. I will go back to them again because they are the best.

You cannot earn points because your reservation was made through booking, which is unfair. I hope they fix this issue as soon as possible.

You can hear the noise from street, and the pillows were uncomfortable and all members of my family felt bad on their necks.

Cooking smell and noise

I liked the apartment but the smell of the food from the neighbours cooking was disturbing there was also cigarette smell other than that there was a constant noise thoughout the day it was disturbing and it was difficult for us to fall asleep from the noise (I think the noise was coming from the central ac other machines in the hotel)

Not what i expected from Marriott group and well definitely affect my interest in renting Bonvoy groups hotels
